*Balance Due in Full Ten (10) Days Prior to Event

*Deposits must be paid by all renters.  A $150 Ceremony (nonrefundable), $150 Reception Hall (nonrefundable) , and $250 (fully refundable) Damage deposit are required.

*Twin Spires may cancel any contract and reservation in any case involving non-compliance with terms, conditions and regulations of this contract, or for non-payment of the contract.

*In the event that an act of God or other circumstances beyond the control of the Twin Spires should make it impossible to perform all or any portion of the wedding services contemplated in this an agreement, the renter agrees that they shall not be entitled to any damages beyond the refund of any deposit and further agrees that they shall not be entitled to any damages beyond the refund of any deposit and further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Twin Spires from any claim or cause of action of any type whatsoever.
